Store Policies

Felinerina offers the following Return Policy:

If any of our products fail to meet your expectations, you may return the item(s) within 15 days for a refund, merchandise exchange, or store credit. Before shipping back an item, you must notify us by sending an email to contact@felinerina.com for an authorization number. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Please note: We do not issue refunds or honor exchanges for returned merchandise that is sent back to us after 15 days, without an authorization number, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All toys, sale, personalized, custom, and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange. If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that order and you will be issued a store credit for your returned merchandise. Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date and can be used for store or website purchases. We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction.

*All exchanges for international orders will be charged an international shipping fee based on the items exchanged.

For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS, or by US Mail with delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If you have not received an order within 7 to 10 business days or have received an order damaged in shipment, please let us know immediately. Notify us by sending an email to contact@felinerina.com about lost or damaged shipments so we may issue a replacement and/or investigate a lost shipment. Lost or damaged shipment claims received more than 30 days after the order date will not be honored.
